UCCX 8.5 : To Find unit, Organisation details post installation

Hello all,

I have installed UCCX 8.5 SU3 in my lab and I have provided the UNIT, Organisation, State, Country which I missed to take a snapshot of that screen. Now I am planning to make the environment HA with a subscriber and I forgot these details now.

Now I need to know.

1. If there is a mismatch to these values between the HA servers, will there be any issues ?

2. How do I find these details from the publisher (maybe from CLI) after its installation is over?

You can view this configuraiton from the command line like so,

show web-security

But we have given a wrong data for OU while installating the subscriber. is there a way we can change it now in the subscriber? Will it have any impact in data sync or etc... ?

You can change this configuration from the command line like so,

set web-security lab home.local Minneapolis Minnesota US
