UCCX 9.0(2) Agent Email is not working

Dear Experts,

I have a setup of call manager version 9 and contact center express verion 9. I want to enable agent email.

I create CSQ and skill for email and assigned to agents.

we have an email created on the exchange.

I have 2 issues:

- first, I am trying to configure the IMAP and SMTP. SMTP always return error CDAUI2031 Invalid SMTP Server settings

- the other error is regarding Email agent desktop. it always shows loading and is not working. kindly find the attached snapshot.

Hi Saeed,

I have premium license. I didn't restart enterprise service. I restart the agent email service, cad services.

Hi,

Also make sure you shutdown the agent and restart it then login. We were making changes the other day in the system and they were not applied until we exit the CAD application .

Dear All,

thanks for your help.

I open a tac case to solve my issue.

we solve the SMTP authenitication, by creating SMTP connector with basic authentication, and check all the permission groups, "Anonyomous user, exchange users, exchange servers, legacy exchange servers, Partners".

for the agent email, the solution was more easier. we just add the exchange servers to the bypass proxy on the browser.
