UCCX 9.0.2 - Datastore Activation failed on HA

Hi All,

We adding the subscriber in UCCX 9.0.2. During the activation of service in secondary node all the datastore ( Agent,config,Repositary) activation getting failed with below messgae

Activation failed - Activated

Component Controller CRS Agent Datastore on node 2 : Enable; nested exception is: java.lang.NullPointerException

Cisco Unified CCX Config Datastore

Activation failed - Activated

Has any one faced this issue ?

This is most likely replication issue . Please open TAC case if you are experiencing same problem .

we need to active data-store from CET .

Hi,

We opened the TAC to resolve this. We reset the security password in the root.

Even though we given the correct the password during the installation wizard, it didn't help.

so it might be the security password related issue.

Were you using special characters in you initial security password ?

[hassepedro50]

License MAC is build and related among other things to the security password. If you change it could be related to that and license files that are based on license MAC is UCCX
