UCCX 9.0 IMPLEMENTATION

Hello,

    Please bear with me as I am pretty new to UCCX . I have already installed cucm 9.2 and I have experience in administrating and implementing it.

Now I would like to create atleast 5 call agents in uccx. 

I have already installed uccx and also integrated with cucm. 

whats next I have to do to achive call recording and i also want supervisor to listen to call agent calls.

Yes, it's a lot of documents.

Do some research, build a lab, try experimenting, and if you get stuck, then come back here and ask.

But please do not expect instant step by step configuration guides tailored for your problem.
