uccx 9.0 partial service

Hi,

I have just installed and configured uccx 9.0 in HA mode. I have done the configuration but both UCCX showing me partial service

and cti ports are not getting registered.

I dont know what configuration i have missed because of that this issue i am facing.

Hi Dinesh,

Check the following:

1) Make a note of device pool the ports are in.

2) Open the CM group for that device pool in call manager.

3) check the order of the CM group matches the order in "CM configuration page" for JTAPI user in CCX ,system->

CM configuration page.

4) make sure the Call Manager service and the CTI manager service is active on the CUCM servers that are associated to the JTAPI user.

Restart the engine if any changes are made.

Thx for your reply

I opened TAC case and TAC eng. fixed this issue. TAC says this is very  known issue, there was uccx web file missing in root folder because of that web services were down in both the server and status was partial service. They copied missing files in both the servers root folder and restarted tomcat service after that status started showing in service.
