UCCX 9.0 Recording Calls

Hello,

     I want to record the calls of the agents, to do this I have read the below article and did performed what it said. The article did not mentioned where the calls are saved and how to retrieve them. Please help.

This will be stored on the server as raw files.

file list activelog /uccx/recordings detail

After this, you will the list of the raw files. You can export them to an SFTP server using file get activelog /uccx/recordings <filename> 

After this, use the raw to wav utility to convert them.

Arun is correct . You can do one more thing .

Appadmin page-->tools-->Password management -->Reset the password of RecordingSFTP user

Open filezilla client or winscp--> login with "uccxrecording" user and download all the recording files

and delete it from server .(please check attached doc for more information)

Thanks for the answer. I am afraid my server will be full of call recording, is there any way I can configure the sever to delete the files older than 7 days ?

You cannot configure it automatically however, you can run the command:

utils uccx purge recordings <days>
