UCCX 9 -Extension mobility and licensing

Hi,

Lets say I have:

10 phones,

30 agents,

30 UDP profiles,

so that each agent has their own profile, with a unique DN. Is it possible to have 10 UCCX licenses so that there is one agent logged into a phone at all times? The agents work in 3 shifts, and I was wondering if I could buy 10 licenses because I will always have max 10 agents logged into CAD (and the phones), or do I have to have 30 licenses for this?

You can still define 30 agents with 10 licenses as license is only used for currently signed in agent.
