UCCX 9 Web Chat Desktop Error.

Good day, All.

I have UCCX 9 and Social Miner 9 newly installed.
All traditional UCCX functinality works fine.
But I'm not experienced in web-chat feature, so any advice is valueable.

When I try to login to UCCX chat Desktop (through CAD buid-in browser) I get an error message:

"Login Error.
Service Unavailable. Try Logging in again."

I'm able to ping both Uccx and Social miner from machine where I try to login as web agent.

I've created a CSQ_web SkillGroup and the agent belongs to it.

In UCCX admin page SocialMiner Configuration everything looks fine:

And in SocialMiner everything looks good:

Could any one give a tip what could it be?
Or may be there are some log files somewhere to study?

best regards,

Do you have Admin rights on

Do you have Admin rights on the system. Try it this way:

Go to Cisco Unified OS Administration both for UCCX and SM and download the tomcat.pem certificate. Once you have done that, follow the below steps

Click Start, click Start Search, type mmc, and then press ENTER.
On the File menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.
Under Available snap-ins, click Certificates, and then click Add.
Under This snap-in will always manage certificates for, click Computer account, and then click Next.
Click Local computer, and click Finish.
If you have no more snap-ins to add to the console, click OK.
In the console tree, double-click Certificates.
Right-click the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store.
Click Import to import the certificates that you downloaded in the very beginning and follow the steps in the Certificate Import Wizard.
