UCCX 9.X - Call stuck in the Queue

Hi Guys,

My Customer have the UCCX 9.0.2.11001-24 integrate with CUCM 8.5.1.10000-26

We are trying implementation two Queue, and are with the following problem:

Were created two QUEUE´s - Nacional and Exportação

When the Agent is configurate to participate the Queue Nacional, and there are Agent available (status: ready), it work;

When the Agent is configurate to participate the Queue Exportação, and there are Agent available (status ready), it don´t work (the call stay stuck in the queue);

When the Agent is configurate to participate the two Queue`s (Nacional and Exportação), and there are Agente available (status ready) work;

 

Any have ideia about this?

can you please post at least a screenshot of the script? This sounds like there's a problem with call routing.
