UCCX agent can not receive calls

agent are in ready state, outside caller can reach the queue, and all calls stay in the queue, but not being transfer to agent.

restart the CRS Engine solve the problem, but who can provide some sense why this happen?

Hi,

The call remain in queue mean that it didn't find any ready agents

I think you may have your agents stuck in reserved state or something like that

or may be you have problems with your jtapi subsystem which has been resolved by this reset

these are only some thinking !!)
