Uccx agent failover options?

Hi there,

What options are there for Uccx agent failover?

Queue script flow - if there are no agents in the queue then the calls are re-processed to another queue.

Ideal outcome - In the event of a Wan failure we would like the calls to still go the agents via mobile phones etc.

If we have remote agents running on a remote site without srst and the Wan goes down is there a way to re-route the call out of the queue to the agents mobiles using SNR or something similar? The issue we see is that if the Wan goes down then the agents will no longer be logged into the queue and therefore the calls wont go to the agents mobiles as the script sends the call to another agent queue.

Any ideas how to get around this??
