We have a small call center which is working on UCCX 188.8.131.5203-32 and CUCM version is 184.108.40.20600-2
Seven Agents are there in Call center and we have 7 licences.
6 agent are configured properly and working but last one facing problem.
when we login into Extension mobilty it works fine after that when we try to login into CCX login .
Error Message :INTERNAL ERROR: INVALID INPUT
AND when i try to login via Desktop Agent then it shows Message...please see in attached file
Here 3 step to look at
1- verify in your user in CUCM that you have the proper ipcc extention configure2- resync your jtapi in UCCX
3- Verify that the IPCC extention is on the phone
Check if you have associated the device profile and the device to the RmCm application user on CUCM.
