UCCX and WFO upgrade

Hi all,

I need to perform an upgrade for a client of UCCX 7 with Workforce Optimization to the latest and greatest, but I'm having trouble determining exactly what I need to order from the Product Upgrade Tool. Especially with the QM component, as they are running v2.7 and all of the upgrade options listed are either 5,6,7 or 8.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Cheers for the reply, but I'm more looking for the required product numbers for the upgrades. I can find the upgrade paths easy enough, but I can see multiple product numbers that seem very similar, and I'm not sure if I just need a single product, or multiples.
