UCCX changes revert back the next day

UCCX System Version : 10.0.1.10000-56

Logging into the Unified Intelligence Center

Making changes to a users Group Roles via Security - User List - Find User - Edit - Groups Tab - My Group - Change from All Users to Administrator.  Save Changes.

The user will now have admin rights.

But when we log in the next morning this has reverted back to All Users again.  Overnight something is happening to change the configuration back but i cant figure out what it is.

The UCCX has been restarted but the issue still remains.

Maybe a bug in the version but cant find any others having the same issue on this version.

Any help or advice please

Is this a HA deployment?

If yes, can you check if there is any replication error? From CLI type:

 

utils dbreplication runtimestate
utils uccx database healthcheck
utils dbreplication forcedatasyncsub --> This is for manual sync

Hi Rolando - thanks for replying.  No unfortunately this is not a HA deployment just a single UCCX server.

Cisco TAC have escalated it to the development team at the moment and i am waiting for a response.
