UCCX Contact Center Express (NO RMCM SUBSYSTEM ???)
Hi Need a little Help.
I have installed uccx 7.0 and uploaded my license. The license is uploaded Successfully however I do not have RMCM provider under Cisco unified CM configuration. therefore I am unable to configure Agent resources.
These are the paths to get to each CCX logs through CLI. They may be helpful if you are having issues accessing RTMT or downloading logs through it.
