UCCX CSQ Activity by CSQ Report always bring up different CSQ ID's when generated
I have a question concerning CSQ Activity Reports by CSQ generated from UCCX 7.1 (0) server.
If I run a CSQ activity by CSQ report and I run a CSQ activity by call distribution summary report, I get different CSQ ID's for the same CSQ's. i.e. if I have a CSQ titled Sales (CSQ ID: 15) in the CSQ activity by CSQ report, in the CSQ activity by call distribution summary report, i will have Sales (CSQ ID:4).
Can anyone kindly explain why this is and also which CSQ ID can be relied upon as I need to update the record on file, which has all the CSQ names and ID's when th system was built.
