UCCX Data Incorrect since 3 days

Hello,                  

I have a problem with the data for the statistique only on the CAD or Supervisor Desktop. The reel data in UCCX are correct and the statistic on Symon is correct.

The information is cumulate and not reinitialise all night as usual. The Contact Center UCCX is in version 8 with CCM version 8

Do you know if I can restart a Service without impact for the correct value in the Cisco Agent Desktop same as in the UCCX database ?

I am not sure i understand the problem description completely. Could you elaborate, and also add a screenshot?
