We have UCCX 7.01 and we do a DB lookup to Remedy system (Oracle DB). Just recently the connections fails, so we use the refresh button on inthe UCCX Subsystems --> Database. Then it starts working. The Oracle DB just recently upgraded to 220.127.116.11.0. The Oracle client in UCCX is 10.2.0.0.0 .looked at the compatiblity guide and it only lists 10g .... but no 10.x.x.x . Does anyone know if the 10g client is compatible with 18.104.22.168.0
