uccx dequeueing query

I have a query relating to a simple script I have on a UCCX 8.5 system.

What's confusing me is when an inbound call hits my CSQ, when there are no available agents the call is showing as Dequeued on my WB (in addition to being Queued, as expected).

I'm not doing any dequeuing anywhere nor am I offering the call to any other CSQ.

I've traced the script's flow and this seems to be happening at the SelectResource step.

I can't get my head around whether this is normal behaviour or not.
