Uccx Engine

Friday our contact center went out of service due uccx engine partial service. However it came back after cycled it back on. Can someone please shed some light what could be reason of this service to go down or perhaps let me know which logs should  collect from RTMT to determine the cause of this failure.

Hi,

there's a number of reasons this might have happened. Someone might have cycled this subsystem. An internal error may have happened. Someone could have made a configuration error.

Can you tell us the UCCX version you are using?

System version: 8.5.1.11004-25

alright then, so please go ahead and start the Realtime Monitoring Tool (RTMT), and download the MIVR logs for the relevant time interval.
