UCCX Enhanced for Automated IVR System

Dear All,

 

Can we implement  2 Automated IVR systems (2- operator) with following option on UCCX Enhanced.

 

Company -1                                           Company -2

1. Dial by extension                               1. Dial by extension

4. Contact operator                               4. Contact operator

 

 

CUCM 8.6

And what type of license required for this solution.?

For High Availability deployment I should get 2 server licenses and seats license according to the number of concurrent receptions. since there is no requirement for agent desktop.

 

or   

should I order Unified IP IVR license with above two license (server and seats) to deployed the above IVR solution.

Hi, Unified IP IVR is not an option here unless you are creating an enterprise grade contact center (UCCE). But it's not your case I believe.

If you require HA then you need a server license for the primary and for the standby server.

Even if you are not planning to have agents, you need to order at least ten seat licenses.

Also please notice you will have to buy a server with VMWare virtualization support (UCCX 10 is not supported on "bare metal").

Are you a Cisco Partner? You should consult the CCBU ordering guide (available for Partners).
