Have installed the Historical Reporting tool (version 220.127.116.114) to a users' desktop PC and virtual PC, howevwer she receives Error 5051 when trying to logon. I also receive the same error although I have no problems from my own PC. Likewise, the user in question has managed to logon to the application from someone else's PC. The application has been uninstalled and re-installed but to no effect.
Are there any log files on the server I can check to find the cause of Error 5051?
Are there any ODBC settings I can check?
