UCCX Historical Report

Is there any report that i can use to see how many calls have been answered by each agent for each CSQ??

i need to generate reports like this. urgent! :)

I tried CRS Historical Reports, but i keep getting message "There were no report to view in the date range selected. Please select a different date range by changing the start date/time or the end date/time and try again." It's not the date or time, i tried.

We have CRS 5.0 Unified CCX Enhanced.

In Cisco Supervisor Desktop, i can see all that data. But when i schedule or generate report no data is displayed.

Any help is appreciated!

Hi

Could you pls paste snapshot of the CRS historical Reports as it works fine for me. May be you need check the clock on CRS server and time you specify in your schedule reports.

My BAD!

Time on CRS server was wrong! Need to see now why that happened!
