UCCX Historical Reports - generate report works, schedule same report fails

UCCX 9.0.1

Historical Reporting Tool 9.0 (1.3)

Generating the Agent Summary report works.

Schedule the exact same Agent Summary report with the same query criteria and it fails.

I've attempted:

Changing the output destination and format (from PDF to printer and back)

Changing the hrcConfig.ini value for showUserNameOnReport=0 to =1

Changing hrcConfig.ini value for defaultExportPath

Scheduling/executing report query from a different workstation

Any assistance or suggestions is greatly appreciated!

UCCX Historical Reports - generate report works, schedule same r

I opened a TAC case for this issue, and after literally three months of troubleshooting the tech sent me templates to replace the ICD_Agent_Summary_en_us.xml, ICD_Agent_Summary_table_en_us.rpt & ICD_Agent_Summary_chart_en_us.rpt files stored in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco UCCX Historical Reports\ReportTemplates\en_US folder on each workstation I ran HRC from.

The first time he sent the replacements, I couldn't even launch the HRC app afterwards. Restored my previous versions of the templates, same failure on scheduling reports.

The second time he sent replacements it worked for not only launching the app, but for the main issue of scheduling reports. The weird part was that it worked on both reports scheduled (Agent Summary and Agent Call Summary) despite only Agent Summary templates being replaced.

Not sure what's up with that, but it now works on multiple workstations (after replacing the templates with the new version) and that's all I needed.

I have the same issue. I have reviewed all other related threads and have also tried everything you did. I can successfully schedule and export canned reports as well as a canned reports I have modified with Crystal reports, but this one report that was created by a 3rd party, using Crystal reports runs as scheduled but throws an exception when it call the export function. I have even tried locating the stored procedure that is is calling to see what's in there but could not locate it.

I increased the debugging level in the logs to see more detail. You can see below, the location where the successful scheduled report and the failed scheduled reports diverge. If anyone has tried something that worked I would appreciate the feedback.

Thanks. We went the TAC route but they just told us it was a problem with the report. I received replacement templates from the 3rd party creator, but they didn't help. At least I know I'm warm. I will poke into the old and new templates and see if I can conjure up a fix.
