UCCX info display in MIVR logs

Dear Experts,

could any one guide me for uccx scripting for writing the step by step information of the script execution in MIVR logs.

we are trying to write uccx script for displaying the each input provided by caller, and after execution of each step.

In CCX Serviceability you go to Tools > Trace Configuration and then check the box in the debugging column for ENG.

UCCX info display in MIVR logs

Thank you for the response.

we are having ipccx 7.1, where i want to make use of customization logs by using log4j.properties.

can you provide any doc or link that i can look in to it.

more over i have enabled the all DB related traces here but couldnt find any logs which gives me whether the DB write function was fail or successfull.

Enabled the below traces and couldnt find any logs which related to DB interaction. do we need to write explicit code for logging.

enable Debugging for LIB_DATABASE, DB_MGR, STEPS_DB, SS_DB.

we have done the debugging at script level (Reactive script ) but all our testing the transactions are successfull. when realtime customer calls, it is getting going DB write fail node and play the predefined prompt.

unable to proove that same to the customer.

can you enable LIB_JDBC as well?

Also, can you tell us more about the differences between the testing system and the production environment? Does the problem appear all the time?
