UCCX IVR Progressive Campaign Configuration

Hello,

I need to configure UCCX IVR Progressive Campaign . UCCX version is 12.5. 

CUBE-Version : 11.5.2
SW-Version : 15.6.3.M9, Platform CISCO2921/K9
HA-Type : none
Licensed-Capacity : 500

I do not have TDM. I have SIP on internal and external(PSTN) side. When i import contact to IVR campaign the call is dialed and i can answer a call on mobile phone BUT i do not hear promt that is actually should be played.If i dial from internal phone to application trigger that should initiate script with played promt it works.

CUBE logs are reporting that after i answer a call on mobile phone UCCX is sending bye message.

CPA is configured but i thinks it's not working correctly
