Uccx Login Failed

                  Dear All,

He have a small call center which is working on UCCX there are five agent .

4 agent can able to login into CCX login and they can change their state ------means NOT READY to READY

But one agent is not able.....when we try to login into CCX ...firstly it goes requesting ...for a mimiute.....and then it's show Connection Failed.

Kindly provide me a appropriate solution ..

Prashanth,

I understand that agents 1-4 are able to log in and agent 5 gets the error. What is the response when agent 5 tries to log in from the Phone/CAD that are used by agents 1-4. Also make agent 1-4 try log in from the PC used to Agent 5.  Im just trying to isolate the trouble.
