Hi

The 'Master' is the server which has been up without failures the longest.

THere is no automatic fail-back with UCCX as there is with CUCM and other products - when a failover occurs, calls are dropped and agents are made not ready (CAD) or logged out (IPPA).

So it fails over only when something breaks, to keep things as stable as possible.

As such - no, you can't set a server as 'master'. If it fails over, and you want to run on the server you consider 'primary', then you need to reboot the current 'secondary' Master server to fail it back
