So if I understand you correctly, I would insert 'Get Enterprise Call Info' under say option 1 (as well as option 2, 3 ect..) where I am doing a 'Call Redirect' to an extension. Then I could use Historical reporting to report on that Variable??
I have tried using 'Set Contact Info' to 'Handled' though again, I am not sure where/how to report on that. maybe I don't have that in the correct spot within the script.
