UCCX Missing CTI Manager?

I've just installed UCCX 10.5 for use with my CUCM 9.1 cluster. The install went OK. When it came to the Unified CM Configuration, it only showed one CTI Manager. I assumed this was because CTI Manager was only enabled on one node in the cluster. I've enabled CTI Manager on a second node, but UCCX isn't seeing this second CTI Manager.

What else do I need to do for UCCX to see this second CTI Manager? The docs are rather sparse on this subject.

CTI Manager and CallManager

CTI Manager and CallManager have to be running on the same server.  Did you start both or just CTI Manager?  And yes, this is typically all you have to do.  I guess,  move forward with the single server for now, and when your able, reboot CUCM and UCCX.

EDIT: Adding sources.

As stated previously, the CTI Manager service can be enabled only on call processing subscribers,
therefore there is a maximum of eight CTI Managers per cluster.

Cisco CallManager
Service must be running
because standalone
CTI Managers are not
currently supported.

The CTIM may be activated on any of the Unified CM subscriber nodes in a cluster that have the Cisco
CallManager Service active. This allows up to eight CTIMs to be active within a Unified CM cluster.
Standalone CTIMs are currently not supported.
