before I rip out the few hairs left, has anyone run into this ever..uccx 8.5.3 i have a supervisor who when monitoring is getting garbled voice, almost like she hears the answers the caller is asking before her agent has asked the question..i have replaced PC, moved switch port, deleted rebuilt all involved and its still happening. Yet if i monoitor on my PC all is well??
Ya i had saw that post.. but really the monitoring works each time, its just that the voice paths??? seem to be hosed..like the recieve is coming in before the transmit...i have never saw this before..only thing different here is agent was given a windows 7 box..but as i said i can monitor fine.
Just an FYI for what its worth. Supervisor is XP, has 3 new employees all with W7 64bit, when monitoring as stated voice streams seem to get reversed/trashed..swapped one of the W7 machines out for an XP box and walla, monitoring is fine with that one..
