UCCX on UCS: Agent Recording through SPAN

Using UCCX on UCS and having issues with Agent Recording feature. Running latest release of UCCX.

Through RSPAN on a 4500 switch, we send the RTP streams to the UCCX which is on a separate vSwitch in ESXi.

Traffic is coming in (tested with WhireShark) but the recordings are empty. Wave file has correct length (in seconds) but there is no audio.

Anyone a suggestion? Setting in ESXi I'm missing?

Can't find this scenario in documentation (except Desktop Recording but that's no option) at all.
