UCCX QM 2.4(1) AD Authentication

Hi,

We have QM 2.4(1) installed and is working okay. However, we wanted to change the authentication settings from QM Authentication to Active Directory Authentication.

I went to the Enterprise Settings on postinstall.exe, however I could not find anything that I can change to enable the AD Authentication.

Is there any way I can change that without uninstalling and reinstalling the application?

If you want to integrate your CallManager to Active Directory, you'll have to follow these steps:

1. Configure the LDAP System

System --> LDAP --> LDAP System

Check the Enable Synchronizing from LDAP Server

Choose the LDAP Server Type: Microsoft AD

LDAP Attribute for User ID:

Save

2. Configure LDAP Authentication

System --> LDAP --> LDAP Authentication

Fill in the fields with the correct info to integrate your CM server with your AD
