Hi all,
Is there any way to setup uccx without ip phones. customer wants just applicaiton on agent's pc , like Cad .

Yes I can't . Just I wonder ıf new releases may be one application have both capabiltiy cipc and cad.

You could use Jabber as a softphone, or you could use Extend and Connect to route calls to agents with non-cisco phones in the new 10.0 version. Here is the release notes with information about extend and connect with UCCX:

But you still require CAD/Finesse to login to ACD when using Extend and connect.

Cisco IP Communicator, if you're specifically looking to just not use hard phones. But you have to have a phone of some description, be it hardware or software, to have calls delivered.
