UCCX Recording SFTP User

I have seen that many people are able to use the raw2wav utility with psftp, but I cannot figure out what username and password to use. Can ant one help with this?

Hi Philip,

You can use the CAD troubleshooting guide. Please start at page 43

Basically what you need is to use the username uccxrecording, you can change the password at the appadmin page in

Tools > Password Management, you will change the "Recording SFTP User" password.

After that you need to download the Desktop Administrator plugin because is the one that contains the raw2wav.exe (usually installed in C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin). Also you can use psftp.exe to get the recording that you want:

Thank you Gabriel, I had been using the uccxrecording username, but I wasn't sure if that was right. I tried to change the password for this user, but when I saved the browser said that there was an error on the page. I just upgraded to SU 2, so I wouldn't think there would be an issue.
