UCCX replication issues

We just upgraded a UCCX server from 8.5.1 SU3 to 8.5.1 SU4 and when we did this we got a replication issue.  We pressed the "Reset Replication" button and when it came back only the publisher server shows up in the list. (see attached for before and after screen shots).  The following is what we see in the CLI

Publisher

admin:utils uccx dbreplication status

Error: Replication server status cannot be obtained

Error: connect to SVK606_uccx failed

Enterprise Replication not active  (62)

command failed -- unable to connect to server specified  (5)

Please open a TAC case to get

Please open a TAC case to get the replication fixed, the engineer might have to go into root to check the files for replication.

Final option might be to re-build node 2 to setup replication again.

Stop on node 1--- utils dbreplication stop all (n1)

Stop on node 2-- utils dbreplication stop  (n2)

 2.

Dropadmindb on node 1.

 utils dbreplication dropadmindb

 Dropadmin db on Node 2.

3.

Reset all (node 1).
