UCCX Routing

I am needing to adjust my current scripting to route all incoming calls first  to a particular extension if that extension is not available then it will roll to another group of agents based on longest available time. We are running UCCX 8.5

Is the first extension you mentioned an Agent?  Or is it a regular extension?

Use consult transfer step which will allow you to pull the call back and continue routing.
