Does someone have a link or files for some defaults prompts that we can use day to day basics like:

You expected wait time is

Your position in the queue is

....

UCCX has built in system prompts that you can use...

I don't have those specific recordings (don't use them in our setup).

However there are a bunch of canned recordiings that come with the system.  If you have access to the server directly, you can find them in the below location.

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\system\G711_ULAW

or

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\Prompts\system\G729

In that folder, choose your language (i.e. en_us for US English).  You will find numerous .wav files and folders of .wav files that you can use.

I was mainly looking for that one and i dont wanna scare customers with my voice lol

Hi Seif,

Are you saying that you dont see any system prompts in your UCCX 8.5 or just the one ( e.g. queue position related ) which you are looking for ?
