Uccx silent monitoring issue

Hello,

We have uccx version 9 when we failover between uccx servers the silent monitoring stops working the only way to fix this issue is restart the uccx server.  Does anyone know why silent monitoring doesn't work until we reboot the uccx server?

Have you checked that all

Have you checked that all services are running correctly on both servers, in particular the 'VOIP Monitor' service and recording/playback service?

When you say 'restart the uccx server' do you mean restart the secondary server so that it fails back to the original server?
