After purchasing the UCCX solution you will be provided, via mail the installation media required for installation. The media redily available on CCO is upgrade only media, it cannot be used for installation purposes.
If after purchasing you are unable to locate your installation media, you may contact your vendor for assistance; alternatively, your Cisco Account Manager would also be able to assist you in gathering the required media.
If you have not yet purchased UCCX and are a qualifying Cisco partner, you may be interested in the NFR UC kit which includes all major UC components including UCCX at a very heavily discounted price - this kit can be used for lab purposes, demonstrations; it may not be used for production purposes however.
If you are not a Cisco partner, you may locate one via the Cisco partner locator, they should then be able to assist you in the ordering process.
