UCCX supervisor only hears one side of recorded conversation

I've got a UCCX supervisor that's in a remote office from the UCCX server 7.0.1 that can only hear one side of a recorded conversation.  The other supervisors that are local the UCCX server have no issues.  I just inherited this system and it's been like this since the day it was installed.

I've checked firewalls, made sure phones are connected directly to network, configured second UCCX server NIC for port monitoring, G722 codec disabled and everything else I can find in Cisco documentation.

Cisco TAC says I need to have them VPN into the UCCX server but that would require them to purchase wireless cards when they are on the office network.  They are refusing the expense and don't want to be on a slow wireless card all day when the network is available.

Any suggestions?
