UCCX to Oracle Rightnow

We are looking to add Oracle Rightnow for our agents. Currently we can't auto populate incoming caller id information to the Oracle software. We have looked a couple companies that would provide this service. Is Cisco planning to add this functionality in the future to uccx? Has anyone done this and have a recommendation on who would be a good provider for CTI? I am currently running UCCX 8.5, but plan to upgrade in the near future to 10 once I get funding for new servers.
