UCCX Tone on Hold

We have a CUCM-->UCCX set up.Whenever the call hits UCCX until it gets delivered to agent , caller hears the Tone on hold music.Though we have enabled MOH for CCX device pool , it plays TOH.

Need help in how to make MOH plays for the caller(internal/external)  until the call delivered to Agent.

The device putting the call on hold states which moh audio source plays, but the device put on hold picks the moh server based on its device pool/mrgl.

With that said, it really depends on whether or not the ingress device for your calls, I assume its a gateway of sorts, has the appropriate mrgl containing the appropriate moh server to play the audio to the caller.
