UCCX & VXML Application Problem

Hi,

we have a problem with a VXML Application into UCCX. Our problem is as follows, the call arrives at VXML Application, and all works fine until the call freeze. What I want to say with freeze is that call remains established but we cannot hear anything, although we hook off the call, UCCX doesn't detect it.

This freeze always occurs in the same point, and it seems that it could produce by a high volume of wav files played in this point.

Is it possible?

Any ideas?
