Unfortunately, there is little outside of the SRND/install/configuration guides. I ended up going out to Mountain View for a week and taking an eGain course. Cisco has discussed bringing this to Cisco Learning Partners but it has yet to happen.
If the class is out of the question, I would lean on your Cisco Account Manager to help you find a resource that has had more experience with the product.
