I use integration UCCX with Novell GroupWise. All the abilities has working good. But sometimes, when i send e-mail to customer, I have double mails...
Why is this happening?
can you please reveal more. Is it the Send email function you are having problems with?
What is the UCCX version? Is it UCCX or UCCE (IP IVR)?
UCCS Version 8.5.1 SU1
UCCX Premium ( not UCCE)
Unfortunately, I do not know what it is a problem. When i send email (answer) to a customer, it is duplicated. But it happen sometimes, about 7 out of 10 sendings. First, I thought that the problem is WAN, because of EMAIL Server and UCCX are in deferent cities, perhaps it is problem in network.
Last week, I used other EMAIL Server in the same city as UCCX (LAN), but that problem happened again
Sergei, did you try talking to the person administering the Groupwise infra? It would be good to check whether the email comes in twice (indicating a problem with the UCCX script) or only once (so it's duplicated in transit).
Also, do you have instances of the duplicated emails?
Sent from Cisco Technical Support Android App
there is a script in UCCX for sending emails?
// Also, do you have instances of the duplicated emails?
No, emails are sent without errors (without twice).
I look forward an answer from you. Perhaps, you know, what I must doing. It is really problem for our contact center, I can not start this service for customers for a few months...
er... There is not this application.
There are some application only for processing inbound/outbound calls.
I have read a guide about Cisco Agent-Email, but it is not writeen anywhere about an application for recieving/sending emails.
Agent Email is something completely different.
If there is "some application" for processing inbound calls, it might be what we are looking for. Can you take a look at the script this application uses?
Is it a UCCX script sending that email?
Yes, RTMT is the RealTime Monitoring Tool, which is capable of sending email alerts, if configured so.
I need to see what is it sending the emails from UCCX.
I use Agent Email.
There is a guide, which I use for configure one (p.29)
