UCCX10 & Finesse Agent Login

Hi,

I'm unable to login to Finesse as an agent. The error message is:

"The device associated with that extension or dial number is invalid."

The device in question is a 7960 (I'm pretty sure this isnt supported by Finesse) but I thought Finesse had an integrated softphone?
