UCCX5: Desktop Administrator VoIP Monitor

Hello guys,

I've noticed that in Desktop Administrator, VoIP Monitor branch there are much more devices present than actually configured agents. These devices that are not agents doesn't have IPCC Extension configured under users configuration page in UCM. And I've tried to specify and then remove IPCC Extension but these devices still appear in VoIP Monitor. Does anybody know how devices appear there?

Hi,

Have you tried de-associating these devices from the Jtapi Rmcm user in the CUCM ?

With these users everything is correct. With jtapi there are only cti ports and route points associated. With rmcm only actual agent phones.
