UCCX5: Unified CM Telephony and RmCm Accounts?

Can something explain to what in a nutshell what the Cisco Unified CM Telephony Subsystem account (aka JTAPI) and the RmCm Subsystem account do exactly between UCCX and Cisco CallManager?

Jtapi user controls the state of CTI route points and CTI Ports to ensure proper call routing between CM and UCCX.

RM user controls the state of ACD line on the agent phone, simply letting UCCX know what state an ACD line is in to eaither present a call to it or not, or to allow login.

Basically CRS is a CTI based application, in order to control the interaction between CTI application you use cti users and associate appropriate devices with them to make the external cti application aware of them.
