UCCX7.0 - Rerouting of calls in a WAN failure

Hi Guys

Basically i am installing UCCX7 with CCM 7 for a customer which has agents in remote locations over a MPLS WAN.

The issue is some of these sites have dodge connections like to south africa for example.

Is there any way in the script i could dynamically re route calls over the PSTN if this link was to fail?

Idealy i am looking for some think like in the Avaya where you can log in to a IP Agent and specify a PSTN number.

Thanks for your help!!

Matt

Look at a 3rd-party add-on product such as Radianta's Remote or Survivable Agent products. UCCX doesn't have this baked in.
